These terms are a draft. Ekho Labs has not yet approved them, and they take effect only when this notice is removed.
These terms govern the use of Horizon at horizon.ekholabs.com, run by Ekho Labs Inc. Using Horizon means accepting them. Buying Pro also accepts the subscription terms on this page.

What Horizon provides
Horizon shows disruption signals that Ekho Labs derives from third-party sources. A signal can be late, incomplete or wrong, and coverage differs by port and by source.
Horizon is information only. It is not a navigation aid, a safety notice or professional advice. Check the original source before acting on a signal.
Ekho Labs may change or withdraw features. The notice given to Pro customers before such a change is still to be set.

Sources and attribution
Each signal names its source, and each source keeps its rights in its own material. Horizon shows only what the source's terms allow. A quotation of Horizon content must keep the attribution shown with it.
The map uses OpenStreetMap data under the Open Database License. The attribution page lists the credits Horizon carries.

Pro subscription
Pro is an individual plan billed monthly through Stripe. A Pro account belongs to one person, who keeps the sign-in secure.
Ekho Labs will publish the rules for cancellation, failed payments, price changes and refunds on this page before Pro goes on sale.

Liability and ending use
Ekho Labs provides Horizon as is, without warranties of accuracy, completeness or availability, to the extent the law allows. Ekho Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Its total liability to a user is limited to the fees that user paid in the 12 months before the claim.
A user can stop using Horizon at any time and close a Pro account by writing to contact@ekholabs.com. Ekho Labs may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
